We collect the following when you subscribe:

Name and email address
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Subscription status and billing history
Basic email engagement data (opens, clicks) via Resend

3. How we use your information

To deliver the daily AdLand Gigs email digest
To process and manage your subscription and payments
To send transactional emails (receipts, billing notices)
To improve the product based on engagement data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate AdLand Gigs:

Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Resend — email delivery. See Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Railway — cloud hosting. Your data is stored on Railway's infrastructure.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we will retain minimal records as required for legal and accounting purposes, and remove your data from active systems within 30 days upon request.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at davidvshih@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Email communications and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will immediately stop digest delivery. To cancel your paid subscription, you may also manage billing through the customer portal link included in your subscription confirmation email.

8. Cookies

Our website may use minimal session cookies for functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's privacy

AdLand Gigs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
