Terms of Service — AdLand Gigs

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of AdLand Gigs, operated by Paladin House LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

AdLand Gigs is a paid email digest aggregating advertising, marketing, and agency job listings for US-based professionals. We curate and deliver a daily email to your inbox.

We do not guarantee any minimum number of job listings per digest, and listings are sourced from public third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of individual job postings.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed at $29/month via Stripe.
A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal link provided in your subscription confirmation email.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will continue to receive the digest until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at davidvshih@gmail.com and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for personal, individual use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute digest content without permission. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate this policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

AdLand Gigs is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will be current or accurate. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paladin House LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdLand Gigs.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
